Refunds and Exchange policy

These are not refundable, once you have purchased them they are not refundable. You have received access to your downloads and have them. There is no returns or exchanges available on these items.

These Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, return shipping is at your cost. So please choose wisely before ordering, I prefer you email me and ask questions before ordering anyway so you can make sure it is the right item for you.

If you cancel 14 days before the class day, you will receive a refund. If you cancel 7 days before you receive a 50 % refund.

Any later than 7 days no refund. All these are within busniness hours of Switzerland.
