Returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery Shipping is at the cost of the purchaser
I don't accept returns or cancellations on custom orders.
However please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All items are handmade and we take great care to ensure they are of quality, but if your item arrives with a fault, please contact us to discuss exchange options.
If you ordered the wrong size, we can organise an exchange, but we usually do not do refunds, so please read item descriptions and sizing carefully, and contact us with any questions before ordering.
For an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in an unworn/unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping and replacement shipping costs will be at buyer’s expense.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Unfortunately when having something made specially for you, refunds and exchanges are not available on custom orders.
Payment goes through Stripe and items that are in stock will be sent once payment is received within 3 working days.
Custom items will be started once payment and measurements are received and I will advice you of the shipping date. Usually within 2- 3weeks.
We ship existing items within 2-3 working days, with Swiss Post. All items will be sent registered post and any tax, import duty or other charges incurred while going through customs is at the costumers expense.
Please check your Countries policy on this, they vary and can be confusing.
Custom items will be sent once complete, and I will contact you and advice you of a shipping date.
